Chào mừng bạn đến với English-Vietnamese Hub. Chúng tôi cam kết bảo vệ thông tin cá nhân của bạn và tuân thủ các quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam, bao gồm Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân.

1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

Khi bạn sử dụng website và các trò chơi của chúng tôi, chúng tôi có thể thu thập các loại dữ liệu sau:

• Thông tin định danh (thông qua Google): Khi bạn đăng nhập, chúng tôi nhận được Email, Tên hiển thị và Ảnh đại diện từ Google.
• Dữ liệu trò chơi: Điểm số (Score), Thời gian chơi, Tên nhân vật (Agent Name) mà bạn nhập vào bảng xếp hạng.
• Dữ liệu âm thanh (Microphone): Khi bạn sử dụng chức năng "Speaking Protocol", hệ thống sẽ yêu cầu quyền truy cập Micro. Dữ liệu giọng nói của bạn được truyền đến dịch vụ AI để chấm điểm phát âm. Chúng tôi cam kết không lưu trữ các tệp âm thanh này trên máy chủ sau khi đã trả về kết quả.
• Dữ liệu kỹ thuật & Cục bộ: Địa chỉ IP, loại trình duyệt và dữ liệu bộ nhớ đệm (Local Storage/Cookies) để duy trì phiên đăng nhập và lưu tạm tiến trình chơi của bạn.

2. Định mức sử dụng dữ liệu từ Google (Google User Data Policy)

Hệ thống của chúng tôi sử dụng Google Đăng nhập (Google Sign-In). Chúng tôi tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt Chính sách Dữ liệu Người dùng Dịch vụ API của Google. Cụ thể:

• Chúng tôi chỉ yêu cầu quyền truy cập cơ bản (Basic profile & Email).
• Dữ liệu nhận được từ Google API chỉ được dùng để tạo tài khoản trong game, không được chia sẻ, bán hoặc chuyển giao cho bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào khác.

3. Chính sách dành riêng cho Trẻ em (COPPA Compliance)

Sản phẩm của chúng tôi được thiết kế an toàn cho học sinh và hỗ trợ đăng nhập thông qua Google Family Link. Đối với người dùng dưới 13 tuổi (hoặc độ tuổi theo quy định của pháp luật sở tại):

• Chúng tôi không yêu cầu trẻ em cung cấp thêm bất kỳ thông tin cá nhân nào ngoài thông tin cơ bản do Google/Phụ huynh cung cấp khi đăng nhập.
• Phụ huynh (Người quản lý Family Link) có toàn quyền xem xét, yêu cầu xóa hoặc thu hồi quyền truy cập của ứng dụng đối với tài khoản của con em mình bất cứ lúc nào thông qua Cài đặt tài khoản Google của phụ huynh.

4. Quyền Xóa Dữ Liệu (Data Deletion)

Bạn có quyền yêu cầu xóa hoàn toàn tài khoản và toàn bộ dữ liệu học tập (điểm số, lịch sử) của mình khỏi hệ thống Firebase của chúng tôi. Để thực hiện, vui lòng làm theo 1 trong 2 cách sau:

1. Gửi email trực tiếp đến nhatthangnguyen02@gmail.com với tiêu đề "Yêu cầu xóa tài khoản". Chúng tôi sẽ xử lý và xóa vĩnh viễn dữ liệu trong vòng 7 ngày làm việc.
2. Truy cập vào phần "Profile" (Hồ sơ) bên trong game và chọn nút "DELETE ACCOUNT" góc trên bên phải để hệ thống tự động xóa sạch dữ liệu của bạn ngay lập tức.

5. Mục đích xử lý dữ liệu

Chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin của bạn chỉ cho các mục đích sau:

• Xác thực người dùng: Để bạn có thể đăng nhập và lưu trình độ học tập.
• Bảng xếp hạng (Leaderboard): Hiển thị tên và điểm số của bạn để so sánh với những người chơi khác.
• Cải thiện dịch vụ: Phân tích lỗi game và tối ưu hóa trải nghiệm người dùng.

6. Chia sẻ dữ liệu

Chúng tôi không bán, trao đổi hoặc chuyển giao thông tin cá nhân của bạn cho bên thứ ba vì mục đích thương mại. Dữ liệu của bạn được lưu trữ an toàn trên nền tảng Google Firebase (nhà cung cấp dịch vụ đám mây).

7. Quyền của người dùng

Theo pháp luật Việt Nam, bạn có quyền:

• Xem, chỉnh sửa hoặc yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu cá nhân của mình.
• Rút lại sự đồng ý cho phép chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu (bằng cách yêu cầu xóa tài khoản).
• Để thực hiện các quyền này, vui lòng liên hệ với chúng tôi qua email bên dưới.

8. Bảo mật dữ liệu

Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp bảo mật kỹ thuật (sử dụng Firebase Security Rules) để bảo vệ dữ liệu của bạn khỏi truy cập trái phép. Tuy nhiên, không có hệ thống nào là an toàn tuyệt đối trên môi trường internet.

Welcome to English-Vietnamese Hub. We are committed to protecting your personal information and complying with Vietnamese laws, including Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.

1. Data We Collect

When you use our website and games, we may collect the following types of data:

• Identity Information (via Google): When you log in, we receive your Email, Display Name, and Profile Picture from Google.
• Game Data: Score, Playtime, Character Name (Agent Name) that you enter on the leaderboard.
• Audio Data (Microphone): When using the "Speaking Protocol" feature, the system will request Microphone access. Your voice data is transmitted to an AI service for pronunciation scoring. We commit not to store these audio files on our servers after returning the results.
• Technical & Local Data: IP address, browser type, and cache data (Local Storage/Cookies) to maintain your login session and temporarily save your game progress.

2. Google User Data Policy

Our system uses Google Sign-In. We strictly comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy. Specifically:

• We only request basic access (Basic profile & Email).
• Data received from the Google API is strictly used to create an in-game account and is not shared, sold, or transferred to any other third party.

3. Children's Privacy Policy (COPPA Compliance)

Our product is designed to be safe for students and supports login via Google Family Link. For users under 13 years of age (or the age specified by local law):

• We do not require children to provide any personal information beyond the basic information provided by Google/Parents upon login.
• Parents (Family Link Managers) have full rights to review, request deletion, or revoke the application's access to their child's account at any time via the parent's Google Account Settings.

4. Data Deletion Rights

You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all learning data (scores, history) from our Firebase system. To do so, please follow one of these two methods:

1. Send an email directly to nhatthangnguyen02@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process and permanently delete your data within 7 working days.
2. Access the "Profile" section inside the game and click the "DELETE ACCOUNT" button in the top right corner for the system to automatically clear your data immediately.

5. Purposes of Data Processing

We use your information solely for the following purposes:

• User Authentication: So you can log in and save your learning progress.
• Leaderboard: Displaying your name and score to compare with other players.
• Service Improvement: Analyzing game errors and optimizing the user experience.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. Your data is securely stored on the Google Firebase platform (a cloud service provider).

7. User Rights

Under Vietnamese law, you have the right to:

• View, edit, or request the deletion of your personal data.
• Withdraw your consent for us to process your data (by requesting account deletion).
• To exercise these rights, please contact us via the email below.

8. Data Security

We apply technical security measures (using Firebase Security Rules) to protect your data from unauthorized access. However, no system is completely secure on the internet.
